Adam Rees
CEO & Founder
Adam Rees brings 13 years of industry-shaping experience and strategic vision to The Agency Collective. He has a proven track record of developing high-performing teams, building scalable systems, and creating cultures that drive sustained results. Adam was one of the original partners at Innovative Financial Group (IFG), scaling it from 1,000 to 20,000+ agents. He understands the industry not just from the top down, but from every seat in the room, and that perspective shapes how he leads, builds, and grows. His leadership is defined by competitive drive, an instinct for people, and an unwavering belief that the right culture and the right team can accomplish anything.
Marla Strandh
Co-Founder / President
With nearly 20 years of experience in the Medicare industry, Marla Strandh brings a rare combination of carrier-side insight and field-level expertise to her role as President of The Collective. Her career began on the carrier side with Humana, where she developed a deep understanding of product design, compliance, and the inner workings of Medicare Advantage and PDP plans. She later transitioned to the distribution side, serving in a National Sales leadership role at Innovative Financial Group (IFG), where she helped build and scale one of the largest FMO operations in the country. Marla's consultative approach to agency partnerships sets her apart. She doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions — instead, she works closely with agency owners to understand their unique goals, challenges, and growth potential. Whether it's helping a startup agency establish its foundation or guiding a mature operation through restructuring or expansion, Marla operates as both a strategic advisor and advocate — working side by side with agency leaders to identify the best path forward and drive long-term success.
Ryan Radley
Chief Operating Officer
Ryan Radley brings 6+ years of operations and sales leadership experience to his role as COO of The Collective. As the founder of Radical Edge Solutions LLC, Ryan has demonstrated his ability to build and optimize operational systems from the ground up. He previously served at Innovative Financial Group, where he helped scale complex distribution operations. A U.S. Army Reserve Soldier and graduate of NC Wesleyan University with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership, Ryan combines military discipline with entrepreneurial vision to drive operational excellence across The Collective.
Vincent Farasciano
Director of Advanced Markets
Vincent Farasciano brings over 27 years of financial services experience to The Collective, where he leads the Advanced Markets initiative. Vin co-founded 4 Core Insurance Marketing and founded the independent RIA, Innovative Wealth Management. His deep expertise across life insurance, annuities, and wealth management gives The Collective a strategic edge in advanced planning and product diversification, helping partner agencies expand beyond traditional Medicare into high-value financial services markets.
Bradley Wooten
National Sales Director
Bradley Wooten is a Medicare sales leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth, developing agents, and building high-performing agency partnerships. He began his career as both a telesales agent and field broker, where he consistently exceeded sales goals while delivering exceptional member experiences. This frontline foundation gave him a deep understanding of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D products. Bradley's core strength lies in recruiting, mentoring, and developing downline agency partners into high-producing organizations. He has trained and coached agents at all levels, improving sales performance, strengthening compliance, and creating scalable growth for agencies. Known for his leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, Bradley continues to be a trusted partner and proven driver of success in the Medicare industry.
Brad Hannon

Brad Hannon is the founder and CEO of Signature Medicare Solutions, a Medicare agency and call center operation known for its high-performance culture and results-driven approach. With years of experience in the Medicare space, Brad has built and scaled call center operations that consistently deliver top-tier enrollment numbers and agent satisfaction. His expertise in call center management, agent recruiting, and sales systems makes him a key asset to The Collective's operational strategy. Brad's leadership is defined by his hands-on approach and his ability to build repeatable, scalable systems that drive sustained growth.
Joe Violetta
Director of Advanced Markets and Agent Marketing
Joe Violetta is the Founder of 4 Core Financial, established in 2020 following more than two decades of distinguished success in the insurance industry. A leader for over 30 years, he has built his career around developing people and scaling teams and agencies. Joe rose to the top at Bankers Life and Casualty, serving as the Northeast's top manager for many years and ranking among the top five nationally in production for a decade. Over his career, he has mentored and developed thousands of agents, led high-performing teams across multiple states, and contributed to key leadership forums and industry committees. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Joe is deeply committed to community impact, supporting families and mentoring advisors in Medicare, long-term care, life insurance, and financial planning for more than 25 years. He serves as a Board Member of Adam's House and Vice Chairman of the Trumbull Chamber of Commerce.
Travis Amsbaugh
Executive Board Member / Director of MAPD Telesales
As the co-founder of America's Trusted Benefits, Travis plays a key role in building and scaling a high-performing Medicare LOA telesales focused organization. Since launching the company, he helped develop a results-driven sales environment centered around inbound leads, strong training systems, and agent growth. His focus has been on creating opportunities for agents to succeed while delivering reliable, compliant solutions to clients. Through hands-on leadership, Travis has helped shape the company's culture around performance, accountability, and long-term success. Today, his focus is on helping other agencies scale their operations in a way that drives higher profitability, creates sustainable growth, and positions them for long-term success and acquisition.
Mike Amsbaugh

Michael Amsbaugh is Co-Owner of America’s Trusted Benefits, where he leads broker relations and plays a key role in agent development. With a strong foundation in field sales, he previously spent four years as a national Medicare sales trainer at a large IMO, equipping agents across the country with the skills needed to succeed. Michael’s hands-on experience in both Medicare and life insurance gives him a practical understanding of the daily challenges agents face. Combined with his extensive training background, he brings a results-driven approach to coaching—focused on simplifying processes, improving performance, and driving consistent growth. Known for his direct and approachable style, Michael is committed to building long-term partnerships and ensuring the brokers he works with have the tools, support, and confidence to succeed in a competitive market.
Andrew Caldwell

Andrew Caldwell is an Army veteran and co-founder of America’s Trusted Benefits based in Ohio. His motto is “People are loyal to opportunity.” So, he spends his time building agents, teams, and systems that help agents actually make money in Medicare, life, and ancillary products. He emphasizes finding effective solutions for modern insurance business challenges, delivering on commitments, and maintaining a willingness to learn. His goals focus on creating an environment where people are met with the opportunity to advance to any level they desire in the insurance industry.
Connor Van Duyn
Director of Telesales Marketing and Development
Connor Van Duyn is a Medicare industry operator and telesales expert with over eight years of experience building and scaling high-performing remote sales organizations. He has led the development of teams exceeding 100 agents, with a focus on producing high-quality business at scale through disciplined systems, training, and compensation design. As a partner at Clear Path Coverage, Connor focuses on scalable growth, operational infrastructure, and strategic partnerships within Medicare distribution. His work is centered on elevating the standard of telesales by bridging the gap between volume and quality, ensuring both agents and customers are better served. He is passionate about building systems that improve agent quality of life while delivering a more transparent and reliable experience for beneficiaries.
Matt Finkes
Executive Board Member / Director of Enterprise Growth
Matt is a partner at America’s Trusted Benefits where he provides his unique insights into company structure, strategic planning, strategic partnerships and overall business planning and implementation. He is a former All-American collegiate football player at Ohio State and an NFL veteran. Following his playing career, he founded and sold multiple businesses in industries ranging from commercial construction and development to software development and implementation. He has been a part of 6 successful exits of equity positions in various companies. After serving on local and national philanthropic boards, he started a new career as the Director of Development for the Wexner Medical Center. During a 10-year career, he worked with the departments of Ophthalmology and Sports Medicine in furthering the programs’ goals of education, clinical care, research and community and global outreach by raising over $47 million in charitable funds. Matt also currently owns Chatham Bay Consulting Group which provides frontline consulting and strategic planning for non-profits as well as being a partner at America’s Trusted Benefits.

Chad Lewis is a Co-Owner of America’s Trusted Benefits, bringing nearly 20 years of industry experience with a primary focus on Final Expense Life Insurance. Over the past 15+ years, Chad has played a key role in building multiple successful agencies, fostering strong cultures where agents are motivated, supported, and eager to grow. Today, his greatest passion lies in empowering agents to achieve their own success. He is deeply committed to providing the tools, resources, and guidance needed to help others transform their careers and lives—an accomplishment he finds even more rewarding than his own personal achievements.
